Shanti Groove a growing bluegrass band developing a following and I was a dude who maxed out his student loans to buy some video gear. This is an excerpt from our collaboration.

I put together a four person crew, including myself, to shoot an October 2003 Shanti Groove concert at Boulder’s Fox Theater. In addition, I edited about 60 minutes from the concert and created the DVD design. The result was “Home At The Fox,” a concert DVD the band could sell at shows and through independent music outlets.

The DVD presents an exciting mix of music ranging from straight bluegrass to mountain downhome funk. The disc also includes outtakes from a patriotic July 3, 2003 show at the Fox.
